Just another manic Monday

Wish it was Sunday....actually, Sunday is just as depressing.

I hope you remembered to thank a Veteran yesterday! Yesterday was Veterans' Day, a day to remember those who've died, served, and currently are serving to protect this country and her citizens against harm. Thank you to all those Veterans. My Fajer is a Veteran and I'm quite proud of him.

Yesterday I felt like such a slob....I actually spent it in my pj's, but I was quite the busy bee with all the homework I had accomplished.

Time to study for my French exam. Joy. I'm worn out from this semester already...ready for next semester and the fun schedule I'll have! But with each day of classes done and every homework assignment/paper, I'm one day closer to London. oooooh, London. If you ever have a chance to study abroad, take it.

Today was an absolutely beautiful with a high in the mid-60s, so I took advantage of it to not wear pants! Yay to not freezing!

Hi-lo looks great with heels! Elongate those legs. I'm short, so the added height is a bonus.

Glimpse of new phone as well :) .....as messy closets.

Details, details, details! Rough up the lace [cami underneath, of course] with some tough accents, i.e. spikes, something black, studded belt. Top off with red lips to sync it together.

Ooooh the shoes....wedges are great for walking!

Oh! I made a video today. I need some practice...please don't laugh at my ridiculously childish voice.

Going from one language to the next to the next....worked on German, typing in English now, time to study French. Oy vey. Enjoy your Monday night :)

Decisions.

Happy with life, unhappy with this body...going to do something about it. After all, that fat won't burn itself.

They say life is too short, enjoy those comfort foods while you can....i believe life is too short to be unhappy with yourself. I'm happy with my life, so content, but honestly, my body has changed since wrestling. I realize that happens when one no longer works out 3+ hrs/day but i'm merely disappointed with my lack of being able to stick with running.

Hmm....must find that love for running. If only work weren't so dang tiring :P ...but i mustn't make excuses. Here's to us, all those who are on their journey to bettering themselves in any shape or form.

The clothes you wear, the structure and color, etc., help alter the shape of one's body...that is essential when it comes to dressing.

I love this lace bodycon slip cover/dress/whatever the heck it is that i bought...it's great for layering. Realized as i was brushing my teeth when i got home from the great county fair that i had been wearing it backwards all night....oops. My bad.

Pinterest inspired! Clouds with a red balloon....naturally, it looked better on Pinterest :P

Adventurers are not afraid of bruises....ok, that just sounded cooler than saying i fell in a ditch riding a bike without brakes going down a hill. My friend did warn me...buuuuuuuut, i was going a tad bit too fast to slow myself by foot.

Oh, spikey shoes, you were a wonderful investment.

All my loves in one week....

Lovely and i went to Chameleon Club last night to see A Rocket to the Moon and The All-American Rejects :)  ever have that giddy feeling when you meet some of your favorite bands?? Ooooh my, oh my, oh my. I was giddy all day and soo excited for the concert and was jumping around all day, all jittery, waiting for Lovely to come and pick me up!

The show was great! I'll upload some videos later...i'm a sleepy bunny...again.

After being pushed and shoved during the concert [mean crazy girls! We're all excited!!], we had the chance to meet and greet with A Rocket to the Moon! Whirlwind of autographs and guitar-pick tosses and pics....Eric liked my Steve Maddens! Wooo! We talked about Steve Madden shoes....

From left, clockwise: Eric Halvorsen and me; Andrew Cook and me; Justin Richards and me; and Andrew Cook and Lovely

A lady had an extra wristband to meet the All-American Rejects so i stood in line and had the chance to meet them!

A bit overboard on the pics maybe......Nick Wheeler kept looking at me whilst i was waiting in line alone :) ....poor Lovely was booted out because he did not have a wristband and told the security guard to make sure i didn't leave the line because i didn't want to meet them without him. They're one of his favorite bands!

Tyson was really chill and loved my roommate leaf ring! Oh my, so giddy just retelling haha. I got hugs from them! Soooo made my night haha. I went down the stairs [walking, not running, because i'm a total klutz] and jumped into Lovely's arms.

I was such a girl when i got into the car....i started crying!

The attire for the night....mainly b&w
Lovely rust-cowprint truck in downtown Lancaster.
Lovely backed up down the street so i could capture its magnificence.
Thoroughly impressed by my quesadilla!
I like my quesadillas made with loving care.

But we have matching shirts now :)

My picks! haha. I was decked out with my A Rocket to the Moon tee and All-American Rejects wristband and glitter nail polish.

Today was a wonderful day.
